ROD is postponed for the following reasons,

1. The Sec 3s are not ready to hold the ROD and they are also not ready to take over appointment due to the numerous Flag Party drill training for Speech Day.

2. Mock Exam for Mother Tongue. 24 July is Mock Exam for Mother Tongue. It is too late in the afternoon to hold ROD.

3. Even though MOE has allowed for CCA to resume. This does not apply to Sec 4 students. All Sec 4 students are not advisable to gather in big groups due to the fact that this is O Level year for you, an important year.

I seek your understanding on the decision to postpone ROD.
