Time Plan - for participants

0800 to 0900 : Schools would begin to report (Foyer)
0910 to 0910 : Drawing of lots(hall)
0910 to 0930 : Emcees’ Time (hall)
0930 to 1030 : Commence of 10 Games; 6minutes each (hall)
1030 to 1100 : Emcees’ time; Buffer Time;reception; Prize Presentation (hall)
1100 to 1105: Emcees’ time (hall)
1105 to 1115 : Quarter finales(hall
1115 to 1125 : Semi finales (hall)
1125 to 1130: Emcees’ time; 5min break(hall)
1130 to 1140 : Finals (hall)
1140 to 1220 : Emcees’ time; Prize Presentation; School songs and cheers; surveys

Above is the Time Plan for the day itself. I expect every cadet to have a copy of this time plan on Monday, and I also expect every cadet to memorize it well.

There is Challenge Unlimited on 17/3/09 and preparations on 16/3/09.
Please make yourself free on these dates. You guys should know what to do. This is your 3rd time doing this.

Fu Zhi

On 17/3/09, you guys will have to be in school by about 730am latest, and the dismissal time will be approximately 2pm. The attire for the day itself will be UNIT COLLAR TEE AND TRACK PANTS. Please do not forget this!

On 16/3/09, all sec4s are also required to come down on monday. Please be in school by 10am latest, the whole thing will last until about 4. On monday, we will be setting up banners, arranging all the necessary logsitics, running through the whole procedure and we will also hold a briefing for sec4s. Thus attendance on monday is compulsory as well as tuesday.
