Okay guys , this is the consent form for the banner painting.If you cannot make it for the parade this week , please download this and print it .To be filled in and handed to us on the 12th of December .

Please take note that banner painting is from 12th of December to the 14th of December .

Report in school by 8am outside NP room and the whole thing will end by about 4pm.

Attendance is compulsory .
