POSTPONEMENT OF ROD

ROD is postponed for the following reasons,

1. The Sec 3s are not ready to hold the ROD and they are also not ready to take over appointment due to the numerous Flag Party drill training for Speech Day.

2. Mock Exam for Mother Tongue. 24 July is Mock Exam for Mother Tongue. It is too late in the afternoon to hold ROD.

3. Even though MOE has allowed for CCA to resume. This does not apply to Sec 4 students. All Sec 4 students are not advisable to gather in big groups due to the fact that this is O Level year for you, an important year.

I seek your understanding on the decision to postpone ROD.

there is a training for sec3s and sec2s this tuesday, 26/5/09. we will be revising with them regarding the tent pitching and also the songs and cheers. Attire is pt kit, fall in time is 3pm. Not compulsory for sec4s, u wan come then u come. Do inform me if you are intending to turn up.

NPCC Day

Sec 4s,

As you all know this thursday, 7th May, is the NPCC Day. All of you are to wear Full NPCC Uniform throughout the whole day, which is from 7.15am to 1.40pm. As mass gathering is discouraged due to H1N1, there will not be any assembly. Therefore, the parade is cancelled.

IF you have PE on that day, you will have to change back to Full NPCC Uniform after your PE lessons. Please do get changed by 7.10am and proceed back to your classroom for assembly. There is NO need for uniform checks. So please do get changed punctually and report to your class on time.

CCA phototaking this thursday

Sec4s,

this thursday is the CCA phototaking for NPCC. The time slot allocated to us is 5pm. Thus all cadets are to fall in outside the NP room in their FULL NPCC UNIFORM by 4.45pm sharp. Attendance for this is compulsory and only MCs are considered valid reasons. For those with tuitions please postpone them. If you are unable to turn up or have missing uniform parts, please inform your SIs LATEST by wednesday.

during your free time between dismissal till 4.45pm, you guys are expected to make full use of that duration to study for the upcoming mid-year exams or tests. DO NOT engage in any physical activities, such as soccer.

furthermore, all sec4s are to bring your pt kit to change into after training.
